Martial Arts Training For All

Our Juniors groups are split into two different age ranges:
1. 9-12 Year Olds
2. 13-15 Year Olds

This ensures that your child is always surrounded by like-minds.

With any new trainee, our primary objective is to create a positive gym experience where they feel comfortable, see the space as enjoyable, and develop friendships while growing in confidence through overcoming challenges within a controlled settings.

We incorporate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training into engaging games, allowing students to acquire skills subtly. Many parents notice how seamlessly we integrate techniques into what appears to be general playtime, demonstrating our unique approach to learning.

In today’s digital age, many children miss out on developing essential physical skills that were once common in our generation. We address this gap by focusing on building fundamental physical literacy in all our students through the versatile martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Our methods draw from best practices utilized worldwide across over 70+ SBG gyms. These approaches have been developed and improved by professional educators through continuous peer review and innovation sharing. When successful strategies are found in one gym, they are rapidly shared globally, ensuring we always leverage the most effective teaching methods available.

Building Confidence and Social Skills

Early childhood education plays a crucial role in shaping a child’s future academic success. Many parents regret not enrolling their children earlier, as they witness firsthand the positive impact of early intervention.

While some children thrive in school environments, others may struggle with separation anxiety and adjusting to new social dynamics. These challenges can extend beyond childhood, affecting individuals throughout their lives.

Bullying and dominant behavior are common issues in educational settings, which can be intimidating even for adults. At SBG, we focus on developing leadership skills and promoting self-defense techniques in a controlled manner.

This approach aims to empower children to stand up for themselves and their peers when faced with adversity, fostering resilience and confidence that extends far beyond the classroom. By addressing these fundamental social and emotional needs early on, we set children up for long-term success in both academics and personal development.
